USA Team Gymnastics

Flipz competes, levels 5-10, in USAG sanctioned meets. We compete within the state of Missouri and have also traveled to Illinois, Oklahoma, Kansas, Tennesee and Florida. The USAG governs State, Regional (level 5-10), Western/Eastern (Level 9) and Nationals (Level 10) competitions.

Our gymnasts do very well at the Missouri State competitions and have had many Regional competitors through the years.

The USA Team is a focussed group of hard-working young ladies. We are very proud of their hard work and dedication.

Training
The USA Competitve Team has 4-hour workouts 3 days a week during the school year and 4 days a week during the summer.

Booster Club
The Booster Club is a parent-led organization that raises money to help support the USA Competitive Team. Most of the funds raised are deposited into accounts for each gymnast that are used to offset meet registration fees and other expenses incurred throughout the season. Being a member of the Booster Club is a great way for parents to get to know each other while supporting the team.
