Heart of Missouri Team Gymnastics

The HOM League was designed to encourage young gymnasts to experience competitive gymnastics at a lower entry point with less travel, time and expenses.

The gymnasts usually attend meets hosted in Marshall, Warrensburg, Jefferson City, Lake of the Ozarks, Moberly and Columbia.

Training
The HOM Team has 3 hr 15 min workouts 2 days a week during the school year and 4 days a week during the summer.
