Team Gymnastics

Flipz has competitive teams for all levels of gymnast. Being a part of a team is a great experience for children and young adults. Our gymnasts learn to set goals, work hard and support each other.

The USA Competitive Team
USA Team consists of Level 5-10 gymnasts who workout 3-4 days a week and compete around the region in USAG-sanctioned meets, roughly one each month.

The Heart of Missouri Team
HOM Team is an entry-level competitive team. This team is a great option for gymnasts who are not sure if they want to compete at a higher level. The HOM Team competes with teams mainly from Missouri and has fewer meets.

Show-Me State Games
Flipz USA attends the Show-Me State Games every July. The gymnasts who medal (1st-3rd place) qualify for the State Games of America which will be hosted in San Diego in 2011. The SGA are held every other year.
