POLICIES OF THE GYM
CLASS ATTIRE
-
Boys must wear a
t-shirt and gym shorts
-
Girls must wear a
leotard
-
No street clothes
or jewelry allowed
-
Hair must be
properly secured
Team Leotard worn
on the 1st Wed. of each month
Checking in
Do not forget to check your child in at the front desk before each class.
It is of great importance that we know what children are here in the gym and
those who are not.
PARKING AND PICKUP
Children are not allowed to wait outside
for parents. They must wait in the
observation area until their parent
arrives.
WHEN ARRIVING EARLY
When arriving early, please stay in the
observation area until the class begins.
Children are not allowed on the floor
until their class begins.
PARENT OBSERVATION
An
observation area is provided on the
mezzanine. No parents in the gym area
please (except parent tot classes).
Waiting/playing area is available for
younger siblings. Children
must
remain in arms length of the parents.
We now have two television sets in the
observation area with Disney and
Nickelodeon for the children who
are not taking class to view!
Please supervise your children and
please help them clean up when done
playing so that other children can enjoy
a clean play environment.
***FEES AND REGISTRATION***

Annual
Registration Fee of $35.00 per year
(2nd child $30.00).

Late Fee of $5.00
after the 10TH of the month and
$15.00 after the 20TH.

It is very
important that the students name
accompany the tuition payment to
receive proper credit. Please list
the student's name on the memo part
of your check.

Take advantage of
our 10% discount on tuition by
paying for 3 months at a time.

If no payment is
received by the 20th, you will be
charged a $15.00 late fee.

Call the gym to
verify cancelled classes

Message for
morning classes available at 8:30
a.m.

evening classes available at 2:30
p.m.
DISCOUNTS
NEW MAKE-UP POLICY
Your children are very important to us.
We need to revise the make-up policy.
Due to most of our classes being full,
it is very important that your children
arrive on time to their regularly
scheduled class.
We will not be able to schedule make up
classes for children this session due to
class size. We offered make-ups during
the summer because of the smaller
classes, but it is unsafe to have too
many children in a class. THE SAFETY OF
THE CHILDREN IS OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY.
